Our story starts with a propeller, quite literally. One of our partners, an experienced pilot, once faced a mechanical failure mid-flight. The propeller stopped. Miraculously, he walked away unharmed, but the lesson stayed with us: without propulsion, even the most powerful engine can’t move forward.

With extensive experience planning and executing paid media campaigns, negotiating advertising placements, and optimizing spend for maximum reach and engagement, Lexie has a sharp understanding of how paid, earned and owned media channels intersect and how to leverage them together to amplify brand stories and drive real impact.

    At PRop, Lexie leads integrated campaigns that combine traditional PR, digital advertising, and media buying, helping clients expand their reach, boost brand awareness, and convert visibility into growth. She works closely with clients to craft narrative-driven campaigns that secure media placements while ensuring those placements are strengthened through strategic ad spend and amplification.
